What is VOPSy?
VOPSy is the AI Director of Operations inside the Virtual OPS Hub. It connects the systems your business already runs on, tells you what that information means and what to do next, and does the work with you.
I don't know anything about AI. Is this for me?

How is VOPSy different from other AI tools?
VOPSy is for owners who want it run, not built. Most AI starts from a blank page every time. VOPSy starts from your business: your bank, books, email, calendar, CRM and files, brought together. Then it directs that information: what it means, what to do next, and doing it.
What does human-led mean?
A person is at the helm: you. VOPSy works on its own, tells you what it did, and you can step in on any action. You choose how each job runs. Automate the predictable. Agentic for the judgment work. Human-led when it matters.
Do I have to approve everything VOPSy does?
No. VOPSy works on its own and tells you what it did: a morning briefing, an alert when something is urgent, and a log of every action, with undo where it can. Anything you want to sign off on yourself, put in Human-led.
What are the engines?
Three engines run from your business brain. The content engine writes posts in your voice and schedules them to your social accounts. The outreach engine works out who to reach, what to say and when to follow up, and every message carries an opt-out. The operations engine names the bottleneck in your week and builds the workflow that clears it. VOPSy sets them up with you step by step, then tells you what ran.
What is the Co-Pilot?
A Chrome extension that lets VOPSy work in your own browser, on the sites you already use. You sign in yourself, VOPSy does the work in your tab, and it stops before anything is filed or paid, so the final click is yours.
What AI does VOPSy run on?
VOPSy is built on Claude. The brain around it is the operating know-how of people who build business systems: 20+ years of running operations, the OPS Method, the playbooks and the tax and compliance logic. It also keeps a brain for your business: your voice, who you serve, your offer and what you decided. It learns from every run, and every decision is logged.
What does it connect to?
The tools you already use, such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive, QuickBooks, Stripe and your bank. Where a tool offers its own sign-in, you connect through it. Connect what you use. Nothing is required.
How is my data handled?
Your account is the boundary: what VOPSy knows about your business comes from your account. You connect through each tool's own sign-in and can disconnect any time, which stops access. We don't sell your data, and data from your Google account is never used to train AI models. Every action VOPSy takes is logged.
Can VOPSy answer my business phone?
Yes. VOPSy answers when you can't, answers the questions you would answer, and books the job on your calendar. Then the follow-up, the reminder and the invoice run too. Call (877) 369-8677 to hear it.
Can VOPSy make calls too?
Yes. The AI voice works both ways. Inbound, it answers every call and books the job. Outbound, it calls your own customers and leads for confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, inside the hours you set. Anyone who opts out stays off the list.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 a month. Ask VOPSy anything, get a custom business plan and start the courses. When you're ready to connect your tools, Assist is $79 a month and OPS, where VOPSy does the work on its own, is $249 a month.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Does the phone cost extra?
Your business phone and the AI voice come with your plan. There is no separate phone system to buy. The only extra is phone usage, the minutes and texts, billed as you use them.
What comes with the Office?
A virtual office with VOPSy at the front desk, a real business address in New York or Delaware with mail handling, a registered agent, and help with your formation paperwork. Paid Hub plans include building access.
Is the business address a real street address?
Yes. Business Presence gives you a real street address in New York and Delaware with mail handling. Addresses follow USPS commercial mail-receiving rules, so a short ID form (USPS 1583) is part of onboarding.
Where do you work?
Online, anywhere. The Hub and VOPSy serve owners wherever they are. The business address and registered agent are in New York and Delaware.
I need bookkeeping, tax or advisory. Where do I go?
That's Virtual OPS, at virtualopsassist.com. Books, payroll, tax and advisory live there. vopsy.ai is the technology.
